Billing & Payments
-
How does billing work?
Retainers are billed monthly at the start of each billing cycle. There are no per-seat fees, no usage-based charges, and no surprise invoices. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay.
Invoices are sent via email and payment is processed automatically. You'll receive a receipt each month.
-
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as ACH bank transfer. ACH is preferred for higher-tier clients as it reduces processing fees.
We don't accept checks or cash.
-
Is there a discount for paying annually?
The annual commitment pricing shown on our pricing page is the discounted rate. On month-to-month, rates are approximately 20–35% higher depending on the tier.
Annual commitment does not require paying 12 months upfront — you're billed monthly at the lower rate in exchange for the 12-month commitment.
-
Can I cancel my retainer?
Month-to-month retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Your access and service continue through the end of the paid period.
Annual commitment retainers can be cancelled with 30 days notice, but the remaining months of the annual period are due upon cancellation. If you're unsure about the commitment, start month-to-month.
-
What happens to my systems if I cancel?
Everything we've built for you remains in your control. Before ending the engagement, we provide full documentation of all systems, transfer any relevant credentials and accounts, and do a final handoff call to make sure you know how to manage what's been built.
We don't hold systems hostage. Your data and your infrastructure are yours.
-
Can I pause my retainer instead of cancelling?
In some circumstances, yes. If your business is dealing with a temporary disruption (seasonal close, owner transition, etc.), reach out and we'll discuss options. We don't have a formal pause policy, but we're reasonable about it.
-
What if I want to upgrade mid-cycle?
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle at the new tier rate, then the full new rate at the next cycle.
-
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds on completed billing periods. If there's an issue with the service, we address it — but refunds are not our standard resolution path. If you're dissatisfied with something, contact us directly and we'll work it out.
-
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is included in your retainer. There are no onboarding fees, activation fees, or first-month minimums beyond the standard retainer rate.
