Tallwater plans & features

  • What's included in the Essential tier?

The Essential tier ($600/month annual / $800/month-to-month) is designed for businesses that need core operational infrastructure without a heavy ongoing engagement.

    Included:

    • CRM setup and configuration (GoHighLevel)
    • Lead capture from up to 3 channels (phone, web form, Google Business)
    • Core automated workflows (lead acknowledgment, estimate follow-up, review request)
    • Pipeline setup and basic reporting
    • Monthly check-in call (60 minutes)
    • Email and chat support for issues and questions

Best fit for: smaller operations or businesses that just need the foundation set up and lightly maintained.

  • What's included in the Growth tier?

The Growth tier ($1,500/month annual / $1,800/month-to-month) adds voice and SMS infrastructure and deeper automation capability.

    Everything in Essential, plus:

    • Twilio voice and SMS setup and management
    • Custom reporting dashboards (Supabase)
    • Expanded workflow automation (scheduling, dispatch coordination, seasonal sequences)
    • Bi-weekly check-in calls (30–45 minutes)
    • Priority support response

Best fit for: businesses with active inbound volume that need more communication infrastructure and better visibility into their numbers.

  • What's included in the Partner tier?

The Partner tier ($2,750/month annual / $3,750/month-to-month) is our most popular engagement. It's a full operations partnership — Tallwater effectively functions as your operations and technology lead.

    Everything in Growth, plus:

    • AI-powered tools (Claude API) — document processing, customer-facing tools, internal tools
    • Weekly check-in calls
    • Proactive system monitoring and maintenance
    • Strategic advisory on operations and technology decisions
    • Tallwater as your primary point of contact for all operations and tech questions

Best fit for: businesses doing $750k–$3M in revenue that want a real partner, not just a vendor.

  • What's included in the Enterprise tier?

The Enterprise tier ($4,500/month annual / $6,000/month-to-month) is for multi-location operations or businesses with complex, custom infrastructure needs.

    Everything in Partner, plus:

    • Multi-location system architecture
    • Custom data infrastructure and advanced reporting
    • Dedicated fractional CTO engagement (available for exec-level meetings, vendor negotiations, technology roadmap planning)
    • Expanded build capacity for ongoing development

Best fit for: businesses with multiple locations, complex operational requirements, or those that need a technical leader who can represent the company externally.

  • Is the initial setup included in the retainer?

Yes. There's no separate setup fee. The initial operational audit and system build are included in your retainer. Month one will typically involve more intensive build work; subsequent months shift toward maintenance, iteration, and ongoing improvement.

  • What's the difference between "annual commitment" and "month-to-month"?

Annual commitment pricing locks in the lower rate for 12 months. It's paid monthly, not upfront — there's no lump sum required. Month-to-month pricing is higher and offers the flexibility to cancel with 30 days notice at any time.

Most clients who are confident in the fit choose the annual rate. If you're not sure yet, start month-to-month and switch after you've seen the system in action.

  • Can I add services that aren't listed in my tier?

Sometimes. We keep the tiers clean so expectations are clear, but if there's a specific capability you need that falls slightly outside your tier, we'll discuss it. Minor additions are often absorbed without a tier change. Significant additional scope typically warrants an upgrade.
